FAQs

What is "curing"? Why does my candle have a curing tag?

Curing is the period of time when the candle wax and fragrance oil are chemically bonding after the candle has been poured.
If your candle comes with a curing tag, it is important to wait until the candle
is done curing (and the wax and oil have settled properly) to get the very best aroma.

Why does the surface of my candle have cracks?

Don't worry - this is actually a feature of all natural soy wax and does not affect the performance of the candle.
When the wax cools inconsistently after a burn or a pour, cracks at the surface of the candle form.

What if my candle scent is too strong or too weak?

If you feel like your scent is too strong, simply move it to a larger room. If you feel like your scent is too weak, move your candle to a smaller room.

Our candles are curated with the standard amount of scent for their size.
